Court Reservations

Members - please click on the button below to add or edit a court reservation. Please include the names of all participating players in your booking.

Visitor and light fees

Visitor fees ($10 per hour per visitor) and light fees ($12/hr) where applicable are payable at the time of booking courts.

If you are needing to make a payment to the Club for additions visitor fees or light fees, please pay directly into the Club account.

Cancelling court bookings

If you are not going to use your booking, please be considerate of other members and cancel your booking. Note: refunds for paid bookings will only be available if the cancellation is made more than 2 hours prior to the start time of the booking or if the courts are unplayable due to rain. Refunds are automatically processes through the booking system if made more than 2 hours prior to the start time of the booking. If the cancellation is within 2 hours of the booking and is weather related, please email the Club (info@hawthorntennisclub.com).

If a member hasn’t arrived for their booking after 20 minutes, the booking will be void and others may use the court.

Court availability due to wet weather

If there are certain courts that are unplayable due to rain, please note that competition and coaching will take precedence over social bookings.

Please note:

1. The Hawthorn Tennis Club is a members only tennis facility - we do not hire out courts on a casual basis to non-members.

2. We have an exclusive tennis coaching arrangement with Straight Sets Tennis Coaching and do not permit other coaching providers to provide coaching to members or book the courts for the purposes of tennis instruction.
