The French Open finals Saturday 4th June - join us to watch the the finals together on the Big Screen at HTC!

Finals on the big screen - the finals commence at 11pm (Melbourne time). Please bring along whatever you may need for a comfortable viewing at the Club (beanbag, cushions, chaise longue…..). In addition to this, and in order to get into the French theme, please bring along a French dessert to share. This may be a Creme Brulee, Tarte Tatin, eclairs, macarons……. the options are endless…… Or perhaps even a bottle of French Champagne to share…..

Dinner at Santoni - for those who are interested, we will be heading to Santoni (634 Glenferrie Road) for dinner beforehand. A booking will be made for 8pm

Afternoon tennis - for anyone interested in a social hit, a group will be hitting from 5pm.

Dressing in blue-white-red is encouraged!

Winter Comp Teams Social Hit & BBQ - Sunday 24th April

Running concurrently with our normal Sunday Social tennis on a Sunday afternoon, we are inviting all winter comp team players for a social hit and BBQ on Sunday 24th. A great opportunity for new players to meet other members/players in other teams, as well as just a good excuse for a hit of tennis and a BBQ. Come along any time from 2pm. BBQ lunch provided (gold coin donation) of BYO.

Competition Tennis - Join a team at Hawthorn!

We have teams submitted in competitions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, as well as on Saturday afternoons. Formats available include Singles/Doubles, Mixed Doubles etc.

Sunday Social Tennis in February

As part of Tennis Victoria’s Play Tennis Month, come along for Sunday Social tennis at the Hawthorn Tennis Club. All standards welcome to join in for a FREE afternoon of tennis. Every Sunday from 2pm. Come for a set or work up a sweat and hit all afternoon.

Sunday Social tennis at the Hawthorn TC is a good opportunity to get a feel for the Club.
